Terms and Conditions

Delivery for customized arrangements valued over $200 USD is free within a 20-mile radius of our location. Delivery for customized gifts valued under $200.00 USD incurs an additional delivery charge for any sector or zone. To obtain a quote for delivery to areas outside the mentioned radius, please contact us by phone at 980-298-3556 or by email at info@ajsweetgift.com before placing an online order.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for an incorrectly placed order or for failing to select the correct delivery zone.

If your customized arrangement is for same-day delivery, it must be placed at least 3 to 4 hours in advance as perishable items are involved. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made in full, we design the strawberries and the arrangement. Arrangements ordered on the same day do not guarantee an exact delivery time; they will be delivered according to our availability. Free delivery within the radius does not apply even if your arrangement exceeds $200 USD.

Similarly, the customer agrees that if they need a more specific delivery time, they must contact AJ SWEET GIFT in writing at our email address info@ajsweetgift.com, as well as AJ SWEET GIFT's acceptance to commit to delivery under those conditions, and the customer must pay an additional fee to receive delivery at that specific time. The customer agrees that they must always contact AJ SWEET GIFT via chat, email, or telephone if they require a special delivery time for their arrangement and pay the extra fee for specific delivery.

IMPORTANT: Orders placed online received during Saturdays and Sundays after 5 pm will be delivered the next business day, provided that full payment has been made with a credit/debit card through our online store. Money cannot be refunded once the arrangement is completed.

Payments made through our website with a credit or debit card are made through our guaranteed platform, complying with security regulations and providing peace of mind to our clients for data protection.

Our deliveries hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and 5:00pm to 7:00pm. We deliver orders on Saturdays from 11:00am to 1:00pm and from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays, and deliveries on Sundays and holidays are subject to availability with 48 hours' advance confirmation through our email info@ajsweetgift.com.

During holidays or high seasons, orders for these dates must be paid for and received with a minimum of 3 days in advance to guarantee delivery of the arrangement on those days. During HIGH DEMAND, the delivery time will be from 8:00am to 7:00pm. AJ SWEET GIFT DOES NOT COMMIT TO SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES THAT THE CUSTOMER PROPOSES.

If the customer wishes to pick up the product from the point of its preparation, they must anticipate the pickup time by making full payment of the arrangement in advance, communicating via phone call at 980-298-3556 or by email at info@ajsweetgift.com.

The system is unable to deny any purchase when a customer orders an arrangement WITHIN a range of time that is currently being given. The customer agrees that if this happens, their arrangement will be sent in the next immediate AVAILABLE time slot.

AJ SWEET GIFT does not provide alcoholic beverages. In the event that the customer wishes to have any type of alcoholic beverage in their arrangement, it will be at the customer's own expense and responsibility. AJ SWEET GIFT is not responsible for the acquisition of such alcoholic purchase. If the beverage is not acquired at the customer's own expense, the space can be replaced with more chocolate-covered strawberries for an additional cost.

The customer must provide complete information about the recipient and the place of delivery. If the customer does not have the complete address, AJ SWEET GIFT may assist the customer in finding the address ONLY IF it is a business address, an office, or a place of public interest such as a commercial, assistance, or governmental facility. In such cases, the customer must provide at least the phone number of the business or office. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will AJ SWEET GIFT investigate private addresses (houses, apartments, residential complexes, or places of residence that are private by nature). We will not investigate any mobile phone numbers either.

If the recipient cannot be found, AJ SWEET GIFT will contact the customer who made the purchase by phone, office, or home address to report the situation. We will also contact the recipient. If neither of them answers any contact number, the delivery person can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If no one receives the package during this period, the delivery person will have to take the gift to the point of its elaboration for the customer to collect it. If the customer wishes to make a second delivery later that same day, a new extra payment will be required for the second trip.

You can make the full payment of your arrangement through our online store using a credit or debit card. In the case of payment in cash, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the value of the arrangement must be paid via Zelle transfer to (980-298-3556) or in cash at our production point (contact us by phone at 980-298-3556 or at our email info@ajsweetgift.com). The full payment must be made before delivery.

NOTE: If the payment made by the customer through our online store is not complete and the full amount is not paid, the arrangement will not be made.

FULL refund will be made ONLY if the order is not delivered due to the responsibility of AJ SWEET GIFT or if the customer cancels the delivery by providing us with at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, only 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.

The products of AJ SWEET GIFT are perishable. We deliver them fresh and make them on the same day as the delivery. We do not accept returns of the product once it has been delivered to the recipient due to its short shelf life. We try to make our customers aware of this situation, understanding that once the flowers and strawberries have been processed for the arrangement, they cannot be reused. In addition, our quality standards prohibit us from reusing the same products. If the customer cancels the order, this product cannot be stored, or returned to the supplier, as its shelf life is short. Our commitment is to deliver the best product on the market and satisfy our customers by making them with the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.

All the strawberries on our bouquets are fresh, without preservatives or chemicals, carefully disinfected, and decorated moments before delivery. Each design is elaborated and transported carefully.

The arrangements containing strawberries from AJ SWEET GIFT are completely fresh at the time of delivery. If you receive a strawberry arrangement and do not plan to taste it immediately after receiving it, it is best to ensure its taste, freshness, and texture by keeping it refrigerated, guaranteeing the aforementioned characteristics for 12 hours. If you cannot refrigerate it, you must keep it at room temperature between 59 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit for the next 6 hours after receiving a strawberry arrangement. After 6 hours without refrigeration, the arrangement will begin to lose liquid and undergo the natural decomposition process. Remember that these are perishable products, and we do not use preservatives or chemicals to delay this process.

Discretion Policies

When you purchase our products, you can count on complete and absolute discretion. If you wish to send your gift with extreme caution and confidentiality, AJ SWEET GIFT can do it for you.

You are free to send your gift to the person you want, you can use a pseudonym, and your order can be shipped with complete confidentiality. All the information you provide us with, both about the sender and the recipient, will not be revealed to third parties. The addresses, names, and phone numbers you provide us with will be handled with absolute discretion and confidentiality, avoiding that anyone other than the customer knows about their purchase, as well as the payment method, the amount paid, and other data you provide us with.

Terms and Conditions for Party Rentals from AJ Sweet Gift

A deposit of $50 is required to make a reservation and secure your date with AJ Sweet Gift.

If a cancellation request is made, the deposit is non-refundable. You may change the reservation date without any additional charge.

All products rented from AJ Sweet Gift are the responsibility of the customer during the rental period.

Customers must ensure that all rented products are returned in the same condition as received.

Any damage or loss of the products will result in an additional charge to the value of the product; therefore, the customer accepts the expenses and total responsibility for any damage or loss. Additionally, there will be no refund of the deposit.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making the reservation. AJ Sweet Gift is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.

By making the reservation, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions set by AJ Sweet Gift.
